The Twins tables comprise a beautiful family with one base and two table tops by designer Monika Mulder. Twins comes as a low coffee table and high side table. Monika Mulder explains the unique character of the Twins design language: “The size and proportions are set to be theatrical, but also to make the table tops complementing each other, ‘They are the right and left hand, the coffee and the notebook, the silent and the loud person. I like the parallel that we are all connected, but still individuals serving different purposes.”

Monika Mulder started her successful career at the design department of Ikea in Sweden. In 2007, she launched her own design studio in an old sugar factory in Gothenburg. From this location, she collaborates with many Swedish and international design brands.The focus of her work is to develop relevant solutions for real needs, and bring grace and beauty to everyday items. Her work is playful and functional, with an eye-catching appearance. Mulder’s work has been featured in design books and exhibitions worldwide. Some of her designs have received awards such as Best Swedish Design (2001), Best Furniture of the Year (2003), Lamp of the Year (2017) and Best Bedroom Furniture of 2017.
