The Andrea series is soft, rounded and inviting. The shape of the chair is like a blooming flower, equally pleasing to view from any angle. In addition to the sculptural qualities of the design, the main feature is the way the legs rise up between the upholstered components and frame. This enhances the capacity to experiment with material colors, textures, and bold powder coat frame colors. Optional two toned upholstery within the same fabric group is available for the seat and arm portions of the design, further amplifying its flexibility and appeal. The Andrea line also includes a barstool in two different seating heights and a relaxing lounge chair.

Mårten Claesson, Eero Koivisto and Ola Rune founded their architectural partnership in Stockholm in 1995. It has since become an internationally acclaimed, multi-disciplinary office focusing on both architecture and design. Architectural commissions include the Inde/Jacobs gallery in Texas, Sfera Building in Kyoto and Hotel Skeppsholmen in Stockholm. They design for companies such as Artifort, Cappellini, Muuto and others. In 2015, they received Sweden’s most prestigious design award, The Bruno Mathsson Prize.
